Reported problem is door wont open.
Went to machine door had now opened after customer said she had
pulled the plug out.
Set machine to spin noticed door closed light was permanently on even before door was closed, finished spin waited till i heard door interlock open opened door but door locked light remained on. Stood talking to customer heard door interlock click while door was still ajar noticed error 7 fault code had appeared. Closed door which remained locked until unplugged again, iknow error 7 refers to motor and tacho but why does the door locked light stay on, and why does it lock a minute or so after the cycle has finished.
