    Hi customer has phoned and said that this machine did not drain and was giving fault code E3 they cleaned out pump and it is giving code E16
    Can any one help please

    E16 is a wash heater fault 😉

    e3 is a heater fault on that too

    theres a memo about the heater being down enough to make the board think its still full

    called on this customer today machine worked ok but took 2min to drain only tried rinses and spin customer doing full load to night , do you think the drain time is too long.

    Yes. Coin in pump inlet is always a good one.
