HOOVER Optima 7 Space Saver OPHS712DF Washing Machine

Hi my HOOVER Optima 7 Space Saver OPHS712DF Washing Machine seems to be skipping cycles and washing too quickly. I use a 30 degree cycle that should take 139 minutes according to the digital dial. but lately it has only been washing the clothes for around I hour before the cycle is finishing?? Is there anything I can do or do I need to call out Hoover to fix the problem?

There are some issues with Hoover machine controllers failing, dial skipping cycles etc. So if it is under warranty I would give Hoover a call. 😉

Thanks for the quick response, luckily It is under warrenty so have booked an appointment!!
