    Hello,

    Hoping someone can help.

    We’ve got a Hoover Optima HNL6166 washing machine which today decided it will not drain, has a washload currently in there and currently has the following lights on:-

    door locked

    delay start and start button flashing intermittently.

    Any ideas as to what we can do?

    Have you checked the pump filter for blockages or obstructions?

    Thank you, OH did that last night (unfortunately before emptying the drum), filter was blocked, floor is now ‘very’ clean and machine back in working order.
