Hoover Optima OPH 714D – 80 water problems

Hello, and thank you in advance for looking at the problem I am having.

My Optima washing machine OPH 714D-80 appears to be unable to take water on board, and reading E02
I have tested the water tap and hose which is working fine.
I have cleaned out the filter (no problem there).
All the functions appear fine, including spin and drain. It seems to be something more sinister.

Can anybody help me and point me in the direction of how I can fix it (if possible – since it isn’t a very old machine)

its not taking water, thats for sure
since theres water there

its a faulty valve/and/or wiring.. presostat or main pcb

valves are not uncommon to fail on these machines
