hoover optima oph714d/1-80

this machine is coming up with e7 at the end of the cycle, it completes the cycle ok and has done for a few weeks but its still shows e7, ive seen that e7 is the interlock, has anyone else had this?

E7 is interlock probs on some models and motor problems on 3 phase models.

I am having the same problem. E7 . I have replaced the interlock and its not a 3 phase motor. Any ideas please ?

Watch out for low insulation on the heaters on the Hoovers. I think it usually throws the error for not draining, but that isn’t to say it wont throw others.
