    Hoover Optima washing machine drains and heats ok but cust says every wash shows either f03 which is a drainage fault or f16 which is a no heat fault.
    Any ideas?

    had this fault fo3 heater worked ok but a small insulation down on heater changed it machine worked fine

    yep just change the heater and all will be well very common on these m/cs
