Hoover Optima OPHS 712DF

Hi this morning I ran my washing machine and I got a EO4 error?
I put the machine on a drain and spin cycle so I could open the machine up to get the washing out.
I noticed that the conditioner I had put in the machine had not been washed out if the compartment.
So I have cleaned out the filter at the bottom and have now ran a rinse and spin cycle which appears to have run ok.
Should i call out Hoover to check the machine out, or wait to see if the Error re-appears again?

Too much detergent causing over an foaming error warning!

Hi thank you for your quick response Martin, so use less detergent and I will not get this error again?
