    hi can anyone advise please the control knob does not select programs and is loose not had this b4

    Can’t relate to the model, but some of the hoovers you can buy the small selector switch behind the facia, others, the later ones it is part of pcb and expensive. I’m sure someone will be able to tell you from model number.

    Could be an OPH716DF ?

    What did it look like when you took it apart?
    Normally the selector can be slotted back into place.

    hi the knob was off but when you relocate and turn its stuck on one prog and wont change thanks
