Rang Hoover/Candy spares today as I needed a main board for a C514.
The girl on the other end of the phone informed me that they had no stock and she assumed I was a customer so suggested they send out a Hoover/Candy engineer as they had the part.
I explained that I was an independent trader and asked how long it would be before stock would be made available to me. She said there was no available restock date 🙁
Is anyone else having the same problems as this is the second time this has happened to me this year. In both cases the customer scrapped the machine 😥
I can understand them holding stock back for their own engineers but not being able to give a restocking date gives us no chance at all.
