hoover performa 1100 ac110 door broken

The door of my washing maching (hoover performa 1100 ac110) is stuck, I left it to do a wash i have returned and am unable to open the door. The cycle doesn’t seem to have completed as i can see water inside. I have checked all the plug electrics and everything seems fine the power light still goes on but nothing happens. I understand that the door won’t open without completing the cycle.

Any help would be extremely gratefully recieved.

youve probably got a blockage in the pump!!!

or summink else has gone wrong, which made the machine stop full of water

get a bucket, release the grey ribbed hose from the rear of the machine, and drop the end of the pipe into the bucket, below the water level in the machine
the water should drain out through gravity

thatll allow you to open the door, and get yer clothes out

plug out if your investigating
