Hi, condenser dryer, how the heck do you get to the heater plugs?, took front panel off part way & could see the plugs at back, near motor, does the drum have to come out to change heater???

If you push in the ty-wrap end that protrudes near the back cover you can carefully pull the wires through the hole where the black grommet was.

You can then disconnect old heater and connect new one properly. Then through the grommet hole you can guide the ty-wrap back in place. You can do it with your finger if you have skinny fingers or you can use a wire coat hanger (bent to the correct angle).

Much tidier than cutting and butting.
