    Hi everyone, my problem concerns a Hoover Frost free
    fridge/freezer. It appeared that the normal green on light had gone out and the unit began to defrost. I pressed the fast freeze switch which illuminated and the pump began to run, when I deselected the fast freeze the pump stops. The pump does not run continuously under fast freeze but appears to be under control.

    any help would be most appreciated.

    can you confirm the produdt code is 34669036 please, its located on the left hand side next to the salad box.

    thanks for that info,
    this one is not a simple appliance to do a diagnosis on, best call an engineer out. try the repairs toolbox on the left of the screen,
    let us know the outcome.
