Hoover Quattro Whisper 1300 washing machine

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help, my machine is not draining or spinning. Any help would be appreciated expecially with a baby in the house can’t go long without a machine, thanks 😥

It won’t spin with the water in. Drop drain hose into bucket or washing up bowl to drain. There is normally a filter under the kickboard at the bottom which can be removed allowing the foreign object to be extracted.

Without the model number it is difficult to be more exact.

Hi, thanks for the advice but unfortunately the drum is still not moving, now draining though, after checking the filter, have checked the belt is ok and it is any other suggestions, thanks The model No. is AE230
