    Hi
    My 2 year old Hoover Washer / Dryer HW 160M door is jammed closed and I can’t get my washing out, machine goe’s through the cycle ok and I hear the click at the end when the door can be opened but I press in the button to release the door and nothing happens, I have also tried using different wash settings but still won’t open. ANY IDEAS

    The problem has been solved, it was mechanical not electrical and a little bit of vaseline on it lubricated it and it’s working a treat now.
