    hi cust rang first and complained of poor spinning she then rang back and said when she starts machine it does not fill just starts tumbling with no water. any advice pressure chamber fine and p/switch and valves, pump could it b board? thanx

    sometimes the element can be low on insulation can cause spin problems strange but true on hoovers.Did you check it
