hoover six 1200 wdm 120 01 door latch electrics

hello,

engineer came, took old faulty doorlatch off and never showed up again.

have bought spare and connected mechanical switch but no idea how to connect the electrics. anyone have a wiring diagram or ability to describe which wire for which connection?

i have located likely candidate: four wires on three connections taped together and disconnected at one end – there are multiple sockets on the door latch…

why do you put up with that ? you should have used an engineer off of repairs@
forum rules dont allow but i would be surprised if someone doesnt give you a clue.
i cant remember off the top of my head but i might post tommorow with a wee clue myself,
i hate to hear stories of engineers disapearing with parts and not returning.
if people let these guys away with this sort of thing they will keep doing it and give the rest of us a bad name, rant over.
