    A customer has rang us & said her Hoover Six AL120? machine stops mid rinse & LED (spin cancel) flashes. I asked her to cancel the rinse hold option but se says the light “was always on”. She has already had a programmer replaced on this machine a few years & says ever since that Spin Cancel has been on but machine worked ok. Is this a fault code/ I’ve read that heater fault can cause this so i’ll take one with me,

    any other ideas?
