    I have the above washing machine showing error code 1. Can anyone help with what this might be as the manual says call service but I now live in Spain so this is a bit difficult.

    It should be a problem with the door, most likely the door lock. I take it that you set the programme, hit start and nothing happens?

    Door lock is p/no 90489300 if required. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and how to get it to Spain.

    Power off, if investigating.

    Thank you. The door does seem a little lose so hopefully this will fix problem. I will send email to order.
