KeymasterI was wondering if anyone could help regarding the above washer/dryer. The small grey plastic bit on the door that goes into a hole in the machine to hold and lock the door has snapped and despite several glueing keeps coming off!
Does anyone have any idea if I can buy the back part of the door with this bit of plastic on or even a new door
Thanks in advance for any help!

No problem, just needs a new inner door trim to fix. Let us have the exact model number for getting the right part. Possibly available in our 😀 shop@

The inner door trim doesnt saeem to have a full part number. I took it off and all it has is the Hoover logo and H2 -1 The actual front cover has a part number ofD37341-530 issue / MJ26529D H1. As I said initially, I only want whatever bit has the plastic clip that holds the door shut into the washer/dryer itself. Is that enough info or do you need more?

More please, it’s the model number of the washing machine we’re after rather than the part number for the door.
The model should actaully be on the inner door frame, but it sounds like it’s either fallen off or been removed.
It will also be on the back somewhere and in the user manual.

P/no 09077165 – about £8 from memory. The model number is on a label around the door opening and will start “A8—“. It’s also on a label on the side of the right side of the machine and a rating plate on the bottom rear. However, the part number is 99.99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} likely to be correct.
Check, then contact spares@ukwhitegoods.com and it’ll get sorted out.

Last one I promise!
I cant find anything begining with “A8” but in the place you mentioned on the door opening, there is a number – “WS 11574500002”. On the right hand side of the machine there is a shortened version of this number “WS 115-001. Do either of these sound like the right number?
