    this is just 2 years very noisey then cuts out doesnt feel like drum bearings, noise comin from back right hand side think, are the cooling fans bad for going on these. or is it some kind of jockey pulley didnt have time to have a proper look help lads 😆

    Oh you will just love accessing this beast. Sounds like the jockey pulleys need some attention and/or one of the fan blades has got damaged? Either way it’s a strip-down job….best of luck!:D

    PS. It does carry a 5 year warranty on parts so you could give the problem to Hoover.:idea:

    I wish I had. The askoll lift pump failed. Everything has to come out!

    i refuse to work on these unless its heater unit or blown suppressor. lifes too short. the only short cut i know for some of these is that the motor capacitor can be accessed through the fan housing. ive got three sets of jockey wheels on the van but thankfully never yet been deserate enough to fit them.

    Just had an enquiry for another not lifting water. After quoting him hes buying a new one!

    Lift pump fitted. Hard to get out of plate. Had to shave the plastic on the pump so plate with pressure switch on it would let go of it. 1hr stripdown 1 1/2 for putting it back together. Charge accordingly if you want to do this!
