Hoover Top Load Auto? HNT2135 – Fault code?

Hi Folks

Got to go to one of these tomorrow. Cust says stops in middle of program – goes back to start and pre-wash light starts flashing.

Asked her to check if it flashes in a sequence but..

Anyone know which faults codes to use as I can’t see a Hoover Top Loader listed in the fault code threads or in my book.

I didnt know Hoover had started to make a Top Loader again – thought their top loader had died out years ago. Did ask the lady to go and recheck it was a Hoover and she said yes it was abd asume from model no she gave me it was Hoover.

They follow a similar pattern as other Hoover washing machines with their error codes. In that 2 LED’s flash simultaneously and counting the number of flashes gives the code. If you look at the Hoover ‘Vision HD’ series in the error codes thread then the top-loader gives the same code sequence.
