hoover tumble dryer hnv375

hoover td HNV375

when this dryer came to me it was dead

checked pcb and transformer primary was o/c

replaced board

now all light come on but if you set programme stop light goes out and filter care light stays on but no heat or motor

any ideas

checked heater stats and two stats at front all ok heater looks ok but have not done continuity test

anyone got a wiring diag for this model please ?

Hi Chris and all

still having problems with this dryer

chris sent me a wiring diag but unfortunatly the diag was for a dryer with an ntc and mine has two standard stats mounted at the front on the filter box if you have vanother diag i would be grateful

there is a green wire coming off the pcb connector with a .25 insulated spade on the end that is not connected i am reluctant to plug it on in case it blows the new pcb does anyone know if this should be unconnected or not

anyone with any ideas

Have you got the product code (1st 8 numbers of the serial No.) beginningwith 311

from rear of machine bar code

311 0016005493096

this has been crossed out with red felt pen not sure why but may have been bought as a second
