    Hi, does anybody know which component fails on the small relay PCB on a Hoover tumble dryer. The one where you have to dismantle the front to access the screw which holds it in place. I have a customer in need of a repair, but they seem to have shot up in price lately and with the fitting charges on top of the component, he’s likely to just go and get a new dryer. I have had a look through the PCB repair thread but can only seem to find information on the Hotpoint relay boards.

    small capacitor white tube from memory think its .22uF
