    Hi

    I searched the forums and found some very similar symptoms to the ones that I was experiencing with my Hoover TV630. The Heater was not heating and the Filter Care light was on. After checking that my good lady had cleaned the filter and the symptoms remained the same, I then ordered a replacement Heater element and thermostat from yourselves. I have fitted and the filter care light has now gone out, but it is still not heating. Any ideas?

    check the wires are plugged in properly, its easy to get them wrong, or not in properly
