Customer reported that it stops dead after a few minutes, sounded like a common relay fault but this one has a large PCB control unit.

Set it to tumble and it ran perfectly for a good while, stopped to do the short reverse and then cut out after a couple of seconds.

The start light on the front was flashing, I pressed ‘Start’ and away it went again in the original direction and tumbled for the full duration until it came to reverse and did the same thing again.

Also noticed quite a bit of condensation running down the door glass. 😕

An abomination of a machine TBH, any pointers as to the cause of this problem?

    Jim.

No pump on this one, water container in the base.

Customer has decided to bin it, motor was very noisy so probably for the best.
