    HI Tumble dryer is not heating any other causes but the heater,

    hoover vhc 681B NOT HEATING

    The Thermal Cut Out (TOC) is the usual reason for no heat. They are especially vulnerable if the user turns the dryer off before the cycle finishes automatically. Therefore ignoring the essential 10 minute ‘ cool down ‘ period. 🙁
