After looking in the forum I bought a new heating element from uk whitegoods. After fitting, the machine now shows 3 lights 90 degrees, sensitive care and stain blaster. Any ideas?
    Thanks

An error code is indicated by the simultaneous flashing of the 2nd spin speed and the timer saver. Count the flashes.

Why did you need to replace the heater anyway?

I replaced the heater because the timer saver light was flashing 5 times and not moving past the first part of the cycle. Cleaned out the pump and hose, made sure the waste pipe was clear, cleaned the inlet filter still didn’t make any difference. Now it won’t even start the lights just stay on 90 degrees sensitive and stain blaster.

During that process did you lay the machine on its right hand side (as you look at it from the front) by any chance?

Yep, have I messed up.? It was the only way I could get at the heater properly

I’m thinking water has got into the main PCB. Very vulnerable whilst lying on that side and a common mistake many before you have made. Time to inspect the PCB. 🙁

Hurrah!!! Thanks Martin before I laid the machine on its side I drained it but forgot to empty softener drawer Doh! :boops: some of it must have found its way into the programmer. I dried it out and hallelujah it’s working. Missus happy 😀
