Hoover VHD12 14 flashes!

Hoover VHD12 8kg washer.

Fault code guide says 12 and 13 flashes indicate a comms error. No 14 flash code shown. So to the questions:-

1) Is a comms error PCB or connecting cables;

2) What does 14 flashes mean?

Confused :?. Anyone help??

NTC/element/wiring – if it ain’t them it’s the core board.
