Hoover VHD8122 module

Hi, I need a module for a Hoover VHD 8122 washing machine. The pump went and took the module with it. I sent the u/s one to EMW, but they returned it as unable to repair due to chip damage. Does anyone have the part number for this? Connect and Masterpart sites show nothing.

Hi Bazza,

Aint got it. Didn’t think I’d need it as I thought EMW would work their magic. The board no is 475540 if that’s any good. If there are different boards for different serial nos, can you give me what you’ve got, part no wise, and when she rings me back with the serial no, I will be able to work it out for myself.

I need the product number which is the 1st 8 characters of the serial number to get the info up on the GIAS site. It doesn’t work with model numbers.

Right then Bazza, she’s just been on the phone. Model is VHD8122-80. First 8 digits of the big long number is:31001952. Hope that’s what you need.

Just a brief update on this one, just in case anyone is in the slightest bit interested… Ordered one from GIAS direct. They have stock and all together, with a 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} trade discount, which I didn’t need to beg for btw, it came to £55.60 inc vat and p & p. Connect, out of stock, and want £55.90 plus vat.
Makes you think.
