hoover vhd8142-80

I have strange fault on the above machine. First callout to it was for no spin. Brushes worn,changed, job done. 2 days later get a call, not going through the program and banging. Check machine find not emptying, unblock, test , all seems good. Next day called back, no better. Mega everything, test tacho,check magnet all seems fine. Ordered a module fitted seemed ok. Next day called back again, gets so far through program and goes into spin, the continues. eventually comes to a halt full of water. Put it onto manual spin drains and spins fine. Now flashing error 9 during the wash also (motor triac). Have I a faulty module or possibly the motor blowing motor triac?? Any ideas greatfully recieved!!

Hi

Had one do the same , checked every thing and found heater failed fitted new heater now working OK.
