hoover VHW 656 washer dryer

hi,

had a hoover vhw656 delivered the other day, ran it through its installation great
when put on tumble dry high it took in loads of water 3hrs later had a hot stinking & soaking wash

had another 1 delivered same prob but not has bad put on tumble dry high heat it takes in water about every 4mins 1.5 hrs later i gave up
washing was hot & soaking

the instruction manual is not very good at all

? when in dryer mode should it take in any water
and should it go into high spins every now and then

? any tips on what to buy and not what to buy

Yes that’s normal.

Buy Zanussi, Beko or Bosch, NEVER buy Hoover, Hotpoint or Indesit.
