I have a hoover vision hd machine and when I do a wash it does the spin and stops. It then has the timer saver button and the 1200 spin button flashing for 14 times then stops then flashes again 14 times. I have to turn the machine off to open the door. There is no water inside the drum and I have checked the filter which is clean. Does anyone know what this means. Thanks

The error code relates to a heating fault, so first thing you need to do is check the water heating element.
