This machine starts, fills and does one drum rotation. As the motor stops I can hear a relay switching. The machine then goes dead. If program selector set to 0, the machine will reprogram only after the door lock has released, otherwise it will select a new program but remains dead. All indicator lights are indicating normally, and none are flashing. If a rinse program is then selected it will proceed through rinse and spin to the end no problem. Insulation test fine, heater continuity tested from module ok. I suspect program module but for the reprogram anomoly. Anybody had anything similar.

I would recommend you take the coreboard out and inspect to see if the triacs are intact? If it were a component failure then an error code would be displayed as a rule. No error code then the coreboard may well be at fault? Though a component could well have caused it of course.:(

I’ve sent you some info via email. 😀

Just to post that it was indeed the program module. New fitted and all ok. When I said the machine went dead, a better description would have been, gone to sleep, as the indicator lights were still on but no action of any kind from the machine. Thanks to Martin for his help.
