    hi ,
    my hoover vision tech vts 714 d21b has stopped turning the drum during any wash cycle or spinning, the drum moves by hand and all the lights come on and count down but no movement from the drum, any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

    Time to check the motor. If it’s the one with carbon brushes then chances are they are worn out and need replacing.
