Hi to everybody this is the first time on here I`m an auto electrician so washing machines are not really my thing but I consider myself as fairly competant to resolve this problem with the correct advice. I have a Hoover VisionHD 1400 AAA washing machine (VHD8142) firstly the problem started about 3 months ago where it would not complete the cycle and the time saver led flashed a code I think 14 times only thing I could find was related to the heating element? or possibly the controller? if I turned it off then on the door lock would come off and clothes seemed fine I was planning to resolve this. anyhow last night on a cycle with towels in it was banging and jumping I`ve taken the towels out and with nothing in it now fills but seems to rotate too fast for cycle it then has a rest then tries again. with the items in i believe this is why it is banging. Could this be a controller fault? any help would greatly be appreciated.

    Many Thanks. 😀
