this washing machine is bringing up a e16 fault code , ive tested the heater and all is well ,no earth fault and 23ohm across the tags. put on a short wash and went through fine (heated the water) ,paused the program and turned the dial to off then the door will not open unless i unplug the machine from the mains. Then every time i start a program comes up e16. Any help would be grateful.
