Hi,

I was looking for some advice. I’m getting an E3 fault and it’s not draining the water.

I cleaned the filter and found numerous objects. When I’ve removed it, something was stuck and a tiny piece of plastic has broken off the the filter (found between the 2 outer rims).

I’m still getting the e3 fault, I was wondering if it could be because of the broken part and should I get this replaced to eliminate it before seeking a professional?

Is there anything else I can do myself to fix the problem? And could you give me some instruction please.

A piece broken of the filter will prevent the pump form draining correctly, may or may not be available as a spare, might need a complete pump assembly.
