I’ve been spared the thrill of fixing one of these beasts until today that is.:rolls:

Great lumbering lump of tin and plastic it is with all the same problems the other Hoover’s enjoy. In this case the wash pump to door boot hose was split with the usual ‘rubbing against the tub syndrome’. Its 6 years old and the first time it’s gone wrong? Very surprising, mind you the drum bearings are noisy enough to make next door bang on the wall when it reaches 1600rpm….!!! 😆

Six years fault free is pretty good id say Martin 😯 That will be considered a long life before long .. mark my words 😉
