Hi on the 40 degree wash it starts off at about 3 hours then cuts the time dowb to about 1 hr 40, then it puts the time back to 3 hours then unlocks the door. I fitted a new PCB and it did the same changed the heater and NTC but its still the same,

    any ideas welcomed.

What’s the insulation reading like and did you use a genuine heater the short type. They are having issues with the heaters that cause random faults there are 3 different elements listed on connect and they are the long type kai

Put the machine through a self test mode to see if there are any errors hold the top left option button in and turn main dial 2 clicks to the right until all leds are light hold for a few seconds release and press all option buttons then the start button . Is this fault only happening on 1 programme? If so either door lock or motor would be the next to check kai

Just spoke to the Hoover engineer and the top modules are giving problems so ignore the door lock and motor kai
