Hi.

Looking for some help with my condenser dryer. It’s only four months old. Excess moisture in the drum and there’s no water collecting in the tray.
I’m guessing a blockage somewhere, the condenser is clean.
Phoned Hoover for a warranty repair and they said I’d be charged if it was blockage related. So before I get repair guy out I want to make sure I’ve checked everything.
Any advice welcome, water contains sits under the condenser on this model.

Are you finding moisture i the drum after only 1 use if so it could be a problem. If you are constantly use the dryer load after load you will get moisture as the dryer needs time to cool before another load goes in
