ParticipantHi there,
I am trying to install my new Hoover VTS 712D21 washing machine but not sure few things from the Manual.
Here is the link for the manual
http://service.hoover.co.uk/content/manuals/VT714.pdf
I am unable to follow the 4 & 5 steps on Set up + Installation page(page 28)
Remove the 2 or 4 fixing screws marked (A) and remove the
2 or 4 spacers marked (B) (diagram 3).
Cover the 2 or 4 holes using the caps provided in the
instruction booklet pack (diagram 4)
Does it mean the screws in white circle(please see the attached pics). They are very hard.

Apply the insulation sheet of corrugated material to the base
as shown.
Any help is greatly appreciatedMany thanks

Yes remove the 4 transit bolts (with a spanner) from the back panel then fit the 4 plastic caps on the holes left in the cabinet. Tip machine on its back and fit corrugated base.
