hoover vts715d21x fault codes e16 & e03

the element had a insulation fault changed element customer rang me to say it appeard to do the wash then stopped at rinse with e03 i asked her to put it on spin but would not start with fault code e16 coming up again any ideas please before i go back

[electrofix]

e3 is water drain
E16 is heater fault

you need to check if its blown the new heater. if yes suspect pressure switch or board relay
