    Hi,

I’ve just been out to a Hoover washing machine AHD1410D with the motor acting erratically. Just like the taco is faulty. I’ve had the motor out and its all reading fine as far as I can see. Its only about 14 months old but gets a lot of use.
I did notice, down at the bottom corner where they used to have the speed control module years ago, a basic module but that looked fine. I cannot find this part on Qualtex or connect.
Does this control the motor. Has anybody had any experience of this fault on this machine. I would have put it down to the control module until I say this little module and now i’m unsure.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Nick

there is another post recently about broken wires in the motor plug on a hoover machine. that may explain your fault.
