Hoover washer drier constant feed to valve

this is a Hoover washer dryer VH W854DB-80 31003336. It has a constant feed to the dryer condenser water valve as soon as the start button is pressed on any programme. Nothing earthed or shorted, valve is fine and machine works fine on wash if the valve is disconnected. Have replaced the core pcb board as that’s where the feed comes from but still has same fault.

Chaffing on the wire from the front PCB is the normal fault

Valve wires don’t run anywhere near the front display pcb…. do you mean an unrelated wire chaff maybe has caused the pcb to blow…again?
