even if it feels like its blowing ok it could still be partly blocked condenser

cant see the condenser on the diagrams so I assume it may be built into the tub somehow

Four bolts and the complete blower/ heater box comes off you cant split it as the glue is too strong but you can wash it under a tap cleans it perfectly. the duct into the tub is straight down the customer even got his vacuum and sucked it out to his and my satisfaction. The water jet comes into the duct at the back I will check this again but there were none of the usual no condenser (hot and wet) symptoms

I’ve been back to this machine to change the ntc which I found was rather loose. the toc had tripped again checked the condenser hose and jet all clear valve reads at about 4.6k machine runs, heats, blows, pump runs intermittently but in the nine or ten minutes I ran it there was no supply volts to the valve. all connections look good looks like a board fault unless anyone knows different e.g. does it take longer before the valve kicks in or would a load make any difference?

    thanks wilf
