Hoover washer dryer door heat shield

Morning all!
Does anyone have a part number for the above on a Hoover HW130M.
I’m hoping its not a complete door as this ones from a machine we pulled back off a customer who insisted the shield had disintegrated of its own accord, and then had been like that when I delivered it.
She had it one day and that happened plus she pulled off the soap drawer front and insert CLEANING IT!!!!!!

It was safer to give a refund as the w/d was a graded one and we’re guaranteeing it.

All I can find is what’s called a “door window cover” which I guess is the right part.
