Hoover washer dryer WDXCC5962B – program won’t start

Just had new washer dryer installed today

Was left with the rinse spin program working when installers left

Set new program and loaded machine – program started and was filling machine
Realised I’d forgot to add something and paused program

Program wouldn’t restart and now machine will not start any programme

There is some water left in the drum although only enough to cover bottom of the drum

Tried all programs

Left it switched off an hour but makes no difference

Any ideas?
Is there a reset button or maybe I need to manually drain the machine?

Read the manual John because there will be definately a system reset
Honestly sounds like finger trouble?
