    customer has rung in to say shes getting E14 from this machine. apparently its not in fault code list in hand book and i haven’t found it either.
    would i be correct in thinking that it could be a heating error?

    e14 Missing Water Heating: defective NTC Probe and/or defective Water Heating Element and/or Wiring.
