Hi guys, wondered if you have come across this one before.

Replaced tub, no hassles, Programmes select ok, but cannot adjust spin speed or temp. Start button does not work.
Programme starts by pressing spin speed button. Completes programme perfectly. No fault indicated. .Heating ok. thermistor tests ok
Tried replacement facia pcb and main pre-programmed pcb. Same symptoms.
No damage that I can see in the wiring.
On a previous repair had to put separate connectors on all motor terms, but they seem ok.
Suspect ribbon cable, but it tests ok (a bit fiddly so not very accurate)
Insulation tests reasonable 300meg.

Customer ok because she can still use it, but getting fed-up.

Could it be possible that the control panel connector plug was put on the wrong way round maybe?
